As a therapist, my passion lies in supporting individuals facing mental health challenges and difficult life circumstances. Having personally navigated struggles with family dynamics, boundaries, and self-fulfillment, I understand how easy it is to fall into unhealthy habits and feel disconnected from oneself. My own healing journey sparked a deep passion for helping others find peace and clarity, and today, I work primarily with clients experiencing betrayal trauma, anxiety, depression, lack of motivation, and relationship or family issues.

In our work together, I take a straightforward, empathetic approach. I create a therapeutic space that is safe, trusting, fun and collaborative, where you can feel heard and supported. I believe in offering clear guidance and practical tools, drawing from a combination of Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Narrative Therapy. These modalities allow us to explore your experiences, challenge negative patterns, and rewrite the narratives that no longer serve you.
